I walked 70 laps and swam 30 laps in the pool this morning. That is the best I have done, er, the most I have done in a day since Summer 2014. And, I haven't done over 200 since 2012. Not sure what the goal is this time around. Am I still overweight? Yes. Therefore, I'll keep trying to add to the walking in the pool and the swimming in the pool. It's so much easier on my feet than jogging. I fear the jogging days are way in the past. But, THAT is what I crave. We'll see. But, no matter what, I will keep trying SOMETHING.
