Walking & Swimming  2, 5 & 20 • 20 October 2015

I walked 2 miles just to try and wake up.  It didn't work.   Then I swam five and walked 20 laps in the pool, to try and wake up.  It didn't work.    If I hadn't sworn off caffeine and all soda over a decade ago, today would have been a 4L of diet vanilla coke kind of day.   Mmmmm.
